There is parking at the side of the building (sign posted) round the back.

This is labelled Blush & Blade.

If the parking at the back is full, please park on the main road or any of the residential side streets.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment, any earlier please wait in your car. 

If you are over 10 minutes late, you will need to re-book with a new deposit and also pay for the missed appointment in full.

We require 7 days notice in order to reschedule an appointment, or the booking fee will be lost.

 You can only reschedule an appointment ONCE.

The booking fee is non-refundable - no exceptions.

Last minute cancellations (72 hours or less) will result in 50% of the treatment cost being taken due to large gaps in the diary, clinic rents and no guarantee of the slot being filled.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in 100% of the treatment being payable.

You are bound by the terms on the booking page, it is your duty to read these. 

If you have had any treatments such as botox or chemical peels etc and cannot have the treatment done on the day, the full cost will be payable.

Appointments fill in advance, if your treatment requires a top up, this must be booked by you online.
