Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment, any earlier please wait in your car. 

If you are over 10 minutes late, you will need to re-book and also pay for the missed appointment.

We do not allow appointments to be rescheduled.

The booking fee is non-refundable - no exceptions.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in 100% of the treatment being payable.
