CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS 

We require 7 days notice in order to reschedule an appointment, or the none-refundable booking fee will be lost and another will be required to secure an appointment.  

• You can only reschedule an appointment ONCE with 7 days notice, after this a new booking fee will be required
• Multiple movement of top up appointments will result in an extra charge, particularly if this is outside of the recommended time frame for a top up.  
• The booking fee/deposit is non-refundable - no exceptions.  
• If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may lose your slot as we work to a schedule.  
• Last minute cancellations (72 hours or less) will result in 50% of the treatment cost being taken due to large gaps in the diary, clinic rents and no guarantee of the slot being filled.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or a no-show will result in 100% of the treatment cost being taken. 

Permanent makeup is NOT suitable for everyone. 

LIP BLUSH: If you have ever suffered with cold sores, even just once, you will need to obtain anti-viral medication and start this 5 days before your lip blush treatment and continue 5 days after. Lip Blush can bring out cold sores even if you haven't had them for years. Tablets can be bought on any online pharmacy, we recommend www.doctorfox.co.uk

We cannot treat melanin rich lips, so please do not book in if you have any dark areas to your lip.

Please do not book for brows or lips if; 

• You are undergoing hospital treatment (and haven't consulted us about this first to confirm we are okay to proceed)
• Using retinol or have done within the last 4 weeks
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have oily skin with large open pours
• Are currently taking blood thinning medication
• Have been prescribed roaccutane within the last 12 months
• Suffer from keloid scarring
• Had chemotherapy within the last 6 months
• Are going abroad within the next 14 days
• Have had injectable treatments within the area within the last 4 weeks

Microblading is most suited to normal-dry skin types and will NOT hold on oily skin. 

Oilier skin is better suited for machine ombre eyebrows, but will need more regular top ups.

Please do not book if you have not considered this. 

Those with previous permanent makeup must send over pictures to allow us to assess if we can go over the previous work. Micropigmentation done elsewhere cannot always be covered up & you will lose your deposit if you arrive & cannot have the treatment. You will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

TOP UP / REVIEW SESSION

Permanent makeup is a 2 part process and all new clients will require a top up session (this is to perfect the brows / lips, and your eyebrows / lips are not deemed complete without it). Permanent makeup initially after the first session may heal too light or with slight patches, the top up session is needed to fill in any gaps. 

Please book this appointment online 5+ weeks after your initial appointment.

If you attend your appointment and cannot have the treatment done due to not reading the booking information, we reserve the right to charge you in full. If you wish to re-book you will need to re-book online by paying a new booking fee.

TATTOO REMOVAL

All sessions are spaced a minimum of 6+ weeks apart, to ensure that your skin has fully healed and not compromised.

LASER HAIR REMOVAL

Hair removal is spaced 4-6 weeks apart depending on the area(s) being treated.
