CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS 

• All booking fees are none-refundable and none-transferable. No exceptions.
• If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may lose your appointment as we work to a schedule.  
• If you wish to re-schedule, you will need to book online with a new booking fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or a no-show will result in 100% of the treatment cost payable. 

Permanent makeup is NOT suitable for everyone. 

LIP BLUSH  

If you have ever had a coldsore, you will need to obtain anti-viral medication and start this 5 days before your lip blush treatment and continue 5 days after. Lip Blush can bring out cold sores even if you haven't had them for years. 

Tablets can be bought on any online pharmacy, we recommend www.doctorfox.co.uk

We cannot treat melanin rich lips, so please do not book in if you have any dark areas to your lip.

EYEBROWS

Microblading is most suited to normal-dry skin types and will NOT hold on oily skin. 

Oilier skin is better suited for ombre eyebrows, but will need more regular top ups.

We do not work over previous work. Please do not book if you have had your eyebrows or lip blush done elsewhere, send over a photo first for us to assess.

Please do not book for brows or lip blush if; 

• You are undergoing hospital treatment
• Have used retinol or had a chemical peel within the last 4 weeks
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Are currently taking blood thinning medication
• Have been prescribed roaccutane within the last 12 months
• Suffer from keloid scarring
• Had chemotherapy within the last 6 months
• Are going abroad within the next 14 days
• Have had injectable treatments within the area within the last 4 weeks

TOP UP

All new clients will require a top up session. Permanent makeup fades significantly after the first treatment and the top up session is needed to fill in any gaps. 

Please book this appointment online 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment.

If you attend your appointment and cannot have the treatment done due to not reading the booking information, we reserve the right to charge you in full. 

TATTOO REMOVAL

All sessions are spaced a minimum of 6+ weeks apart, to ensure that your skin has fully healed and not compromised.

LASER HAIR REMOVAL

Hair removal is spaced 4-6 weeks apart depending on the area(s) being treated.
